Statement Of Faith
We believe the Bible is the infallible Word of God, its teaching should be trusted and followed, and it is the only source of Holy revelation since Jesus ascended to Heaven. We believe in the three persons of the triune God as God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit being equal parts of the Godhead. We believe that all has been created by God without error and that He upholds and governs all creation according to His eternal will. We believe that because of sin all humans justly deserve God's wrath and eternal damnation, but in His infinite mercy God has granted forgiveness and salvation to His people through the work done by His son, Jesus, on the cross. We believe that God the Son came to earth in human form through a virgin birth, lived a sinless life, was crucified and took on God the Father's wrath for His people, and was resurrected to life and now sits on His heavenly throne in order to grant eternal salvation to those who believe. We believe that eternal salvation can only be given by God through Faith in Jesus Christ. This is all revealed to us by his holy word alone. We believe marriage was ordained by God as a gift to humanity, as a sacred and exclusive union between one man and one woman, a permanent, lifelong covenant. This establishes the foundational framework for human society, and as parents, we are responsible for nurturing our children in spiritual and moral values, using consistent example and loving discipline to guide them toward biblical truth.
